Desktop EUC Level 1 Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Desktop EUC Level 1 professional to manage and support desktop devices, hardware, software and connectivity for our users. The role involves end‑to‑end lifecycle management, incident resolution and providing VIP desk‑side support when other IT teams are unavailable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage desktop hardware, software and connectivity incidents from reporting to resolution, including IMAC and desk‑side support.
• Provide hard‑ and soft‑break‑fix services, patch updates, hardware replacements and imaging for laptops and desktops.
• Monitor security profiles and anti‑virus compliance, taking corrective action as needed.
• Analyze service‑desk data to identify training needs and automation opportunities.
• Serve as the point of contact for VIP support and on‑site IT issues when other teams are unavailable.

Required profile

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent in electronics; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows 7, Active Directory and smart‑hands/feet support.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request) and spare‑stock management.
