Desktop Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support across end‑user computing, Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking, and security‑related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support across end‑user computing, Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking, and security‑related technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to troubleshoot complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Assist in the setup of new IT equipment.

Required profile

• Friendly with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in desktop support or a related IT role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• A solid understanding of computer hardware/software, including operating systems (Windows/Mac), O365 Suite, and network fundamentals.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.
