DevOps Engineer (Consultant)

About the role

Zenika is seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer to act as a consultant for its global client base. You will help clients design, build, and operate modern cloud infrastructures while fostering a culture of DevOps excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement production‑grade infrastructure on AWS EKS with Kubernetes for high availability.
• Modernize delivery pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD.
• Standardize environments through Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Secure service‑to‑service communication using LinkerD and optimise cloud cost and performance.
• Set up observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) and maintain alerting.
• Collaborate with client development and QA teams, providing mentorship and technical guidance.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services, especially EKS, RDS and networking.
• Deep knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient scripting skills in Bash, Python or Go.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and IaC solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
