DevOps Engineer

About the role

Our client is a technology company that builds and operates large‑scale digital platforms for international markets. They are seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to maintain, automate, and enhance their cloud infrastructure while supporting highly available, scalable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment, administration, and optimisation of cloud infrastructure alongside senior DevOps engineers.
• Manage and maintain containerised workloads on Kubernetes (including managed services such as EKS).
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity and availability, and proactively resolve issues.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or comparable tools.
• Design, implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment and production incidents to ensure reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and configuration records.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for production support.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure also valued).
• Strong Linux administration and command‑line skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
