DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. You will work closely with developers, infrastructure engineers, and security specialists to build, automate, and maintain modern application and infrastructure platforms using DevOps and GitOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support platform services with GitOps methodologies.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery processes.
• Manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support containerized workloads and orchestration platforms.
• Implement observability solutions for logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Participate in incident response, problem management, and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and configuration standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and version control.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Linux operating systems and command‑line proficiency.
• Scripting languages: Bash, Python.
• CI/CD concepts and automation tools.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• REST APIs and basic networking (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP).
• Container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Observability tools for logging, metrics, and tracing.
