DevSecOps Engineer – Cloud & CI/CD Specialist

About the role

Epergne Solutions is seeking a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer to drive secure, reliable, and scalable cloud operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline delivery pipelines, optimise Azure environments, and uphold high availability for critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incident tickets within agreed SLAs, ensuring rapid service restoration.
• Design, manage and optimise CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve deployment reliability.
• Administer Azure‑hosted environments, handling security patching, vulnerability remediation, version upgrades and health monitoring.
• Build, maintain and optimise cloud‑native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Deploy applications via established pipelines and troubleshoot deployment issues to guarantee successful releases.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and monitoring to boost operational efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical problems while implementing proactive measures to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor application performance, configure alerts and respond to operational incidents to maintain high availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in DevSecOps, cloud operations or related roles.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with development, security and operations teams.

Required skills

• MS SQL – querying, performance troubleshooting, backup & restore administration.
• Microsoft Azure – VMs, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), networking.
• Linux system administration – service management, cron jobs, disk space troubleshooting.
• Kubernetes orchestration.
• Terraform – infrastructure as code.
• Azure DevOps – CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
• Nginx web server.
• Cloudflare – DNS and security configuration.
• CI/CD pipeline concepts and implementation.
• Infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
