Digital Ambassador – Senior Community App Support

About the role

The Digital Ambassador will help elderly residents adopt a new community app that enables them to contribute to local activities. This contract position involves direct interaction with seniors at events, providing hands‑on assistance and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage seniors through community events and roadshows to promote the new application and related activities.
• Support senior recruitment, onboarding, and registration, delivering briefings and one‑to‑one assistance as needed.
• Guide seniors through app setup, navigation, activity registration, and basic troubleshooting, escalating technical issues when required.
• Set up and manage outreach booths, coordinate on‑site arrangements, and brief staff, leaders, and volunteers.
• Address resident queries, observe safety and accessibility protocols, collect feedback, and report recurring issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate participation records in the backend portal and submit regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience; prior Digital Ambassador experience is a plus.
• Comfortable addressing large groups (up to 100+ participants) and working shift patterns, including weekends.
• Tech‑savvy with strong communication abilities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of SGD 2,760.
• Contract until February 2027, renewable for an additional six months.
• Four weekdays plus one weekend shift per week, with AM/PM assignments.
