Digital Content Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, forward‑thinking Digital Content Operations Manager to lead our content execution team. You will oversee site updates across a resort’s attractions, luxury hotels, and over 100 retail and dining outlets, ensuring high‑quality publishing and SEO compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of content operators, allocate daily tasks, and develop SOPs, QA checklists, and service level agreements.
• Act as the final gatekeeper for website updates, guaranteeing brand consistency, visual layout standards, and accuracy before go‑live.
• Implement AI‑assisted prompt workflows and continuous process improvements to accelerate throughput.
• Review and optimize incoming content for GEO and SEO, enforce structured headings, meta tags, alt text, and schema markup.
• Collaborate with the SEO manager to apply keyword strategies, search intent recommendations, and technical search guidelines.
• Manage cross‑functional resort campaigns, coordinate assets, timelines, and approvals, and hand off landing‑page assembly to the content team.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in content operations, digital project management, or web production.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques.
