Digital & eCommerce Specialist (D2C) – APAC

About the role

As a Digital & eCommerce Specialist (D2C) for the APAC region, you will join an integrated regional team at Harman Lifestyle. You will lead the development and execution of direct‑to‑consumer strategies for JBL and Harman Kardon, working closely with in‑country digital and eCommerce leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end D2C strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition and brand presence across APAC.
• Optimize the consumer journey through CRM, marketing automation, loyalty programmes and personalised campaigns.
• Analyse data to improve customer lifetime value, identify upselling opportunities and generate incremental revenue.
• Identify B2B opportunities on various channels to complement D2C growth.
• Collaborate with offline retail partners to balance channel negotiations and maximise commercial performance.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing trends in the APAC region.
• Experience with data analysis and performance measurement.
• Understanding of the interplay between direct‑to‑consumer and indirect channels.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
