Digital Finance & Managed Services Manager (Senior)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to lead a team delivering innovative digital finance and managed‑services solutions across the region. You will oversee outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and finance‑operations processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with practice leaders and executives to drive business‑development activities and secure new client engagements.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored managed‑services and outsourcing solutions.
• Lead special projects focused on digital finance, automation and service‑delivery innovation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles.
• Design and integrate automation tools to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide managed services for technical accounting areas such as consolidation, financial‑statement preparation, lease accounting and hedge accounting.
• Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in financial reporting.

Required profile

• Graduate qualification in accounting or finance with solid understanding of accounting principles.
• 6‑8 years of experience in an international public‑accounting firm or corporate finance function, including accounting advisory, statutory audit or financial reporting.
• Proven experience in finance operations (order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay) preferably within a managed‑services or outsourcing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead junior staff across multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience assisting clients with automation or reporting enhancements.
