Digital & IT Coordinator

About the role

This Family Office position blends everyday IT support, digital asset management, and photo‑archiving duties. The coordinator will keep household technology running smoothly, liaise with the Group HQ IT team, and maintain the family’s photo collections and digital archives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑notch IT support to VIPs, senior executives, and the household, following Group standards.
• Configure and manage network switches, firewalls, enterprise Wi‑Fi (Ruckus), and NAS storage.
• Maintain CCTV, PABX, and intercom entry systems.
• Support iOS devices, iCloud Photo, and mobile device ecosystems (iPad, laptops, smartphones).
• Administer AV equipment, including TV, cinema, and control systems (Control 4, BOSE).
• Edit, organize, and archive photos; assist with event photography and print production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting senior executives or VIPs preferred.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• iOS device troubleshooting and iCloud Photo management.
• Network configuration: Cisco routers, switches, LAN/MAN/WAN/VLAN, VOIP.
• Firewall and enterprise Wi‑Fi (Ruckus) administration.
• NAS and storage management.
• CCTV, PABX, and intercom system support.
• Windows Server and Exchange mail server basics.
• AV control systems (Control 4, BOSE) and TV/cinema setup.
• Photo editing and archival tools.
