Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will join Estetica Beauty Group’s marketing team to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic and generate qualified leads across digital channels. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will shape and execute data‑driven campaigns that reflect the company’s science‑based beauty ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and content plans for high‑impact online platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end social media campaigns, including content creation, editorial scheduling and community engagement.
• Write, edit and proofread blog posts and long‑form digital content, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise customer acquisition cost (CAC) and adjust parameters to maximise ROI.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to keep strategies current.
• Prepare clear monthly and quarterly performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm and start immediately.

• Experience creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns.
