Digital Marketing Freelancer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE) at the National University of Singapore is seeking a temporary digital marketing professional to support its Outreach – Central Digital team. Reporting to the Assistant Senior Manager, the incumbent will help increase the online visibility of NUS postgraduate programmes over a 12‑month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain web pages on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sitefinity CMS, including HTML elements, title tags, meta descriptions and header tags.
• Insert basic tracking tags or pixels using Google Tag Manager and coordinate complex technical setups with NUS IT.
• Write and optimise web copy and landing‑page content in line with NUS postgraduate messaging pillars and SEO best practices.
• Monitor website traffic, search rankings and performance metrics using Ahrefs and Google Analytics 4.
• Assess paid, organic and AI‑driven search proposals, review agency reports and implement data‑driven content updates.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal IT teams and external agencies.
• Strong attention to detail and a data‑oriented mindset.
