Digital Transformation and Solutions Lead

About the role

HP is hiring a Digital Transformation and Solutions Lead in Singapore. The role combines two tracks: leading the supply chain capabilities program for digital/AI workstreams that support HP's factory services strategy, and designing and building data pipelines and data systems. It is a full-time position with no shift premium.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain capabilities program for digital/AI workstreams, developing program plans, milestones, governance structures, budget proposals and success metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope and objectives, and report progress; manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Design secure, performant data architectures and changes to data pipelines, repositories and models for structured and unstructured data.
• Write and run test plans and documentation, debug code and integration issues, and collaborate with other data engineers.
• Analyze data inaccuracies, identify trends in complex datasets, and work with other departments to develop reports.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics or a related field, or commensurate experience; typically 4-7 years of experience, or 3-5 years with an advanced degree.
• Proven ability to work independently and out of the box, with strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly effective written and spoken English, plus Mandarin; Japanese is an advantage.

Required skills

• Data engineering, data modeling, data pipelines, ETL, data warehousing and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI and GenAI solutions (Copilot, chatbots, prompt engineering) and automation.
• Tools: Power Automate, Python, advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab.
• Preferred certifications: SQL, Python or similar programming languages.
• Preferred knowledge: AWS, Azure, Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Java, Scala, machine learning.
