Director, Development

About the role

Pan Pacific Hotels Group is seeking a dynamic Director, Development to join its Singapore corporate office. The role will drive the strategic expansion of the Group’s hotel and serviced‑suite portfolio across its three brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new management and franchise opportunities, including new‑build and conversion projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations and prepare financial pro‑formas with analyst support.
• Structure deal terms, negotiate memoranda of understanding, agreements and renewals of existing properties.
• Build and maintain a network of owners, developers, asset managers and consultants to generate pipeline opportunities.
• Track market trends, spot white‑space opportunities and devise market‑entry strategies.
• Develop compelling value‑proposition decks and marketing collateral for various asset types.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, panels and networking events.
• Report deal status to the Head of Development and support senior management in investment reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or real‑estate development, deal sourcing and negotiation.
• Strong analytical ability to assess feasibility and financial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Senior‑level communication skills for board and executive presentations.
