Director - MarTech Consulting & Strategy

About the role

Dentsuaegis is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Director who combines deep knowledge of marketing, MarTech and data with a clear sense of how they come together to create hyper-personalized customer experiences. The role is based in Singapore, is full time and permanent, and sits at the intersection of marketing, technology and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise marketing campaigns and customer journeys by activating digital data across MarTech platforms and omnichannel (O2O) strategies
• Advise clients on how MarTech components work together to support their marketing and business goals
• Identify client opportunities and requirements, and lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions and strategy discussions to co-create digital maturity plans
• Lead consulting, implementation and managed services projects across a range of MarTech tools and platforms
• Own pre-sales targets and nurture client relationships for long-term success

Required profile

• 5-6 years of experience using MarTech and data to deliver marketing strategies
• Proven experience leading client workshops and strategy sessions
• Ability to balance multiple clients and projects while keeping a high-level strategic view and detailed technical understanding
• Willingness to travel as required
• Experience in consulting or digital maturity projects is highly desirable

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with CDPs such as Tealium or Segment, or CEPs such as SFMC or Braze
• Analytical mindset, able to turn business goals into actionable technical solutions
