Director, People & Culture

About the role

The Director, People & Culture will act as a strategic business partner for the ASEAN South Pacific Operating Unit, driving people initiatives that align with business priorities. Based in Singapore, this individual contributor role works closely with senior leaders to shape talent, learning, and rewards processes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functions and geographies on workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational design.
• Lead the planning, delivery and measurement of projects from the P&C Annual Business Plan.
• Manage multi‑functional programmes and coordinate with cross‑regional teams to achieve measurable results.
• Champion enterprise‑wide P&C initiatives, ensuring alignment with OU priorities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on short‑term and long‑term people strategies.
• Influence stakeholders on policies, procedures and best practices.
• Drive culture‑shaping efforts that promote inclusion, collaboration and employee well‑being.
• Enable change‑management readiness by designing and delivering tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably at director level.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering P&C projects and programmes in a multi‑regional environment.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Demonstrated capability to co‑create and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
