Senior HR Executive

About the role

The Senior HR Executive will lead core HR processes for Surbana Jurong’s Jurong Innovation District campus, ensuring smooth onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with Singapore employment regulations. This role supports a vibrant, 4,000+ employee environment and contributes to a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑hire briefings and support onboarding activities.
• Manage work pass applications, cancellations, and renewals.
• Oversee employment contracts, employee data, and documentation updates.
• Lead exit interviews and manage resignation and clearance processes.
• Prepare training bond agreements and deed acceptance letters.
• Respond to staff enquiries on HR policies, benefits, insurance, and welfare matters.
• Prepare and submit government‑required surveys and reports (e.g., Labour Market Surveys, IMDA surveys).
• Support business units with invoice, payment, and finance requests related to HR.
• Coordinate insurance matters, including WICA liaison and claims processing.
• Participate in HR‑related ad‑hoc projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Postgraduate or Professional degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Highly motivated, well‑organized, resourceful with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
