Director, Restaurant & Bars Partnerships – APAC

About the role

The Director, Restaurant & Bars Partnerships – APAC leads the sourcing, structuring and execution of strategic F&B collaborations across Hilton’s Asia Pacific portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of F&B Brand Operations, the role drives high‑impact partnerships with leading restaurant groups, brands and chefs to enhance guest experience, strengthen brand positioning and deliver owner returns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the APAC Restaurant & Bars Partnership strategy aligned with global growth priorities.
• Identify and build a pipeline of partnership opportunities in key gateway cities and high‑growth markets.
• Source leading restaurant groups, brands, chefs and investors for existing and pipeline assets, covering franchise, lease and chef‑led models.
• Lead commercial negotiations, structure partnership agreements and drive transactions from origination to execution.
• Collaborate with Development, Legal, Operations and Finance to navigate complex deal structures and ensure timely execution.
• Partner with Finance and Feasibility teams to assess ROI, P&L contribution and overall value creation.
• Monitor market trends in restaurant, consumer and operator behavior across benchmark cities.

Required profile

• Commercially driven leader with strong industry credibility and deep networks in the F&B sector.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in a multi‑market, complex environment.
• Experience in negotiating and structuring high‑value partnership deals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as the primary interface with external partners.
