Director, Services Business Development – Acquiring

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead business development of services solutions for customers in the Acquiring & Processing segment across Asia Pacific. The role combines strategic sales, client engagement, and product development to grow the Services P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing.
• Engage with core payments teams to assess client needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Drive regional and local strategic initiatives to expand the Services profit and loss.
• Oversee project delivery to successful completion while building strong client relationships.
• Achieve personal sales targets responsibly and ethically.

Required profile

• Proven experience analyzing client needs and presenting to senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop, and close sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Consulting experience from a top‑rated firm and a strong hunting attitude.
