Director, Training and Programs

About the role

The Director, Training & Programs will lead CSP APAC’s training portfolio, translating research into actionable learning for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers and financial intermediaries. The role combines program ownership, quality assurance and content development with strategic growth of the training suite across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design, delivery and continuous improvement of CSP APAC training programs.
• Ensure content quality, relevance and alignment with CSP’s research on sustainable finance and private wealth.
• Develop bespoke curricula for U/HNW individuals, family offices and wealth managers, including IBF‑certified modules.
• Manage a portfolio of research‑led training offerings, expanding locally and globally.
• Collaborate with academic partners and impact‑investor networks to integrate cutting‑edge insights.
• Lead a small team or external facilitators, overseeing logistics, evaluation and impact measurement.
• Represent CSP at conferences, webinars and stakeholder events to promote the training brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering high‑impact training programs for financial or wealth‑management audiences.
• Deep understanding of sustainable finance, impact investing and private‑wealth ecosystems.
• Track record of engaging ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, family offices or institutional investors.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate research into practical curricula.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
