Drafter – Interior Fit‑out & Quantity Surveying Support

About the role

We are looking for a Drafter to provide drafting, design and quantity surveying support for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring accurate shop drawings, cost estimates and smooth project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop, as‑built and technical drawings using AutoCAD and related drafting software.
• Interpret design concepts, sketches and specifications into working drawings.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, client and consultant feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards and authority requirements.
• Assist in quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, quotations and tender documents for interior fit‑out works.
• Liaise with designers, consultants, suppliers and site teams to align drawings with project requirements.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions and ensure timely submission of documentation, including progress claims and variation orders.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience in interior fit‑out projects with a basic understanding of quantity surveying principles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
