Acneclear 7 days is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Marketing Manager to lead its online growth. The role focuses on driving sales, increasing brand awareness and ensuring a seamless digital experience for customers seeking acne‑clear solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive e‑commerce marketing strategies to boost online sales and brand visibility.
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns across social media, email, search engines and other channels.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align brand messaging with business objectives.
• Monitor, report and act on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
• Oversee creation and management of engaging online content.
• Lead SEO and SEM efforts to improve website traffic and visibility.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce marketing, preferably within skincare or beauty.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
