E-Commerce Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an E‑Commerce Marketing Manager to design, launch and optimise online marketing campaigns that boost sales, acquire new customers and raise brand awareness. The role focuses on consumer products sold through TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and the company website, requiring a data‑driven and creative approach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute e‑commerce marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, ad spend and ROI.
• Manage advertising accounts and budgets end‑to‑end.
• Create campaign concepts for product launches, promotions and seasonal events.
• Oversee TikTok marketing activities, including content creation, ads, livestreams and creator collaborations.
• Coordinate promotions on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and the corporate website.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor actions to recommend improvements.
• Work with influencers, affiliates and external agencies as needed.
• Prepare regular performance reports and action plans.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably with physical consumer products.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok platforms (Shop, Ads, LIVE) and a solid understanding of Meta and Google advertising.
• Proven ability to develop creative campaign ideas and translate them into executable plans.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, budgets and performance data.
• Strong communication, coordination and project‑management skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
