E-Commerce Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Level E‑Commerce Project Manager to drive regional online retail initiatives across Southeast Asia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Director/Head of IT, you will oversee project delivery from planning through launch, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with business objectives while collaborating with local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage e‑commerce projects across multiple regional markets.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Support potential platform migration initiatives, such as Magento, Shopify or Toro.
• Drive timelines, monitor risk, and provide regular communication updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced regional environment.
• Fluent English; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is beneficial.
• Available to start on 1 July 2026.
