E-Commerce Specialist – South Asia Pacific

About the role

Bulgari is seeking an energetic and highly driven E‑Commerce Specialist for the South Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of e‑commerce operations across key markets, primarily Singapore and Australia, while collaborating with local, regional and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high e‑commerce NPS by monitoring customer feedback and driving process improvements.
• Support business continuity for Australia during edge‑case scenarios.
• Plan and roll out online events such as pre‑orders and product launches.
• Test, audit and troubleshoot the e‑commerce site to resolve bugs and errors.
• Update promotional banners, category pages and visual merchandising in line with marketing calendars.
• Manage store locator information and trading hours.
• Collaborate with global teams on SEO opportunities, SEM copy, and new on‑site features (e.g., payment systems, conversion optimisations).
• Produce weekly e‑commerce performance reports in partnership with the e‑commerce manager.

• Familiarity with site testing, auditing and bug tracking.
• Ability to analyse data and generate performance reports.
