Early Years Teacher

About the role

Busy Bees, a leading early childhood education provider, is seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher to join one of its centres in Asia. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality learning experiences and caring for a class of young children, supporting their development and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver age‑appropriate curriculum and programmes that foster children’s development.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment using innovative teaching materials.
• Build strong relationships with families, centre staff and community partners.
• Organise and lead family and community activities that enhance the centre’s outreach.
• Perform routine caregiving duties and continuously seek improvements in service quality.

Required profile

• At least an L1/EY2 Certificate in Early Childhood or a Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to work with staff, parents and diverse community members.
• Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic about children’s learning and development.
