E‑Commerce Sales Executive (Multi‑Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven E‑Commerce Sales Executive to lead our multi‑platform online stores. You will own the end‑to‑end performance of channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shopify, driving growth, conversion and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑channel operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shopify, planning campaigns, mega‑sales and promotional calendars.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads) while analysing ROI, CAC and conversion metrics.
• Oversee inventory planning and replenishment for local and overseas warehouses, coordinating with 3PL partners to minimise stockouts and overstock.
• Lead the e‑commerce operations team, build SOPs, improve efficiency and collaborate with branding, product and supply‑chain functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on e‑commerce experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong experience managing Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop in the SEA market.
• Demonstrated expertise in paid‑ads and performance marketing.
• Solid understanding of inventory and supply‑chain operations.
• Fluent English (Mandarin a plus) with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
