Educational Therapist – Numeracy

About the role

KidzOTC is looking for dedicated Educational Therapists focused on literacy and numeracy to join its multidisciplinary team. You will work directly with children and students, supporting their learning needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need.
• Design curriculum and structured lesson materials targeting literacy and numeracy skills.
• Deliver one‑to‑one and small‑group therapy for learners with dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia, or autism spectrum disorder.
• Facilitate engaging group sessions that promote collaborative learning.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior experience supporting students with learning differences (preferred).
• Additional training or certification in educational therapy or special education (advantageous).
