EHS Executive – Junior

About the role

We are seeking a Junior EHS Executive to support our manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role involves ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, maintaining ISO‑based EHS systems, and coordinating safety activities across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for EHS activities to meet WSH regulations and legal requirements.
• Assist in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and customer‑specific EHS systems, including audit participation and corrective‑action coordination.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, external auditors and agencies on EHS matters.
• Prepare approval paperwork, licence renewals, applications and internal records.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and manage permit‑to‑work systems.
• Develop and deliver safety briefings, training programmes and emergency response drills.
• Support departmental tasks related to maintenance operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the EHS field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Relevant certifications such as WSH Coordinator or Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of risk‑assessment processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance requirements.
