Electric Vehicle Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electric Vehicle Trainer to lead product and sales training initiatives across our organisation. The role involves creating and delivering specialised training programmes, ensuring staff are equipped with the latest EV knowledge and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, source, develop and deliver product and sales training programmes for electric vehicles.
• Conduct National EV Specialist Safety (NESS) training sessions and assessments during evenings or weekends as required.
• Develop training materials, assessments, role‑plays and coaching guides.
• Maintain and update training records, attendance logs, feedback, assessments and evaluation reports.
• Prepare monthly training schedules and individual development plans.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or Hospitality.
• ACTA and/or ACLP certification.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with China HQ and diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore.
• Availability to conduct training sessions during evenings or weekends.
