About the role

Lead, manage and coordinate electrical works and services for building construction projects for a well‑established M&E contractor. The role involves planning, scheduling and reporting to ensure timely delivery and quality of electrical installations.

Key responsibilities

Lead, manage and coordinate electrical works and services for building construction projects.
Plan, develop and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects and required rectifications.
Provide technical guidance and resolve electrical‑related issues efficiently.
Report on electrical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors and clerk‑of‑works.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E contractor.
Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
