Electrical Support & Administration Officer

About the role

The role combines hands‑on electrical maintenance with administrative coordination to ensure smooth site operations. You will support daily electrical tasks while managing documentation, procurement and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute daily electrical maintenance, installations and project activities.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems, power distribution and machinery.
• Interpret electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, schematics and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, site inspection logs and operation manuals.
• Handle procurement, inventory tracking, purchase orders, quotations, delivery orders and invoicing for electrical projects.
• Manage site personnel records, claim submissions, permit‑to‑work applications and safety filings.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance, engineering support or dual electrical‑administrative roles.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
• Good organisational, multi‑tasking and communication abilities with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AutoCAD (or similar drafting software).
• ERP software for procurement and inventory management.
• Interpretation of electrical drawings and schematics.
