Engineering Manager (Power Generation)

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our power‑generation engineering team in Singapore. The role will oversee design, documentation, and site coordination to ensure projects meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the overall design process, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Review design requirements with internal teams, customers, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Control engineering documentation, distribute latest drawings and technical documents, and verify deliverables against approved designs.
• Attend site meetings, liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Allocate engineering resources, define tasks, set manpower needs and maintain project schedules.
• Act as the primary engineering liaison in technical discussions, design reviews, tender clarifications and coordination meetings.
• Monitor energy‑transition trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions for future projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
