About the role

We are seeking a passionate English Language Teacher to join our team on a freelance basis. You will deliver high‑quality instruction to learners across Singapore, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape curriculum and directly impact student language proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve language proficiency goals.
• Stay updated on language teaching trends and continuously improve teaching techniques.
• Oversee student care and discipline.
• Monitor student academic progression and provide counselling.
• Invigilate, mark, and record exams/assessment results.
• Perform other academic duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
