About the role
fal is building the generative media ecosystem that powers next‑generation AI products. As the first go‑to‑market hire for the China & APAC region, you will lead enterprise relationships, guiding top‑tier organisations through their generative media transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of high‑value enterprise customers across China and the broader APAC region.
- Establish regional account strategies, operating rhythms, and best‑practice engagement models as fal’s first GTM representative in APAC.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to senior technical and executive stakeholders, driving platform adoption and consumption‑based revenue growth.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to scope, design, and deliver complex customer solutions.
- Lead customer engagements such as QBRs, executive briefings, and on‑site meetings.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and timely communication across global time zones.
Required profile
- Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong cross‑cultural communication skills.
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts in a fast‑moving technology environment.
- Highly independent, comfortable working across time zones and thriving in a remote‑first setting.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
