About the role
The Inside Sales Specialist – Asia supports Ross Video’s sales team by generating leads, preparing quotations and guiding customers through the buying process across the Asian market. You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and our authorized business partner network to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Support sales activities across assigned territories by preparing accurate and competitive quotations and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Manage the full quote‑to‑order lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal pricing policies, approvals and documentation.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to execute opportunity‑specific strategies aligned with the Ross Way To Sell methodology.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records in Salesforce, including opportunity updates, pipeline management and forecasting data.
- Track and manage pipeline activity to ensure timely follow‑up, order flow accuracy and forecast reliability.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Finance, Commercial Operations and Order Management teams.
Required profile
- Demonstrated integrity, drive and passion for delivering results in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
