Enterprise Business Development Manager

About the role

At Circles.Life, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the enterprise market. The role focuses on driving B2B growth by securing new enterprise‑level accounts and building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire enterprise customers, focusing on new sales and partnerships.
• Build relationships with new partners and key stakeholders to grow accounts.
• Manage sales proposals and collaborate with internal product and delivery teams.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for market expansion.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets using a structured, data‑driven approach.
• Plan and execute independent lead generation and prospecting activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven success in enterprise sales within tech‑forward sectors such as telco, e‑commerce, or IoT/M2M, preferably with experience in payment systems or construction.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of identifying and securing high‑value SME/SMB and enterprise accounts.
• Strong proficiency in leveraging CRM tools and Google Suite for lead generation, tracking, and optimization.
