Entry Level Healthcare Architect – 6‑Month Contract to Permanent

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level architect to join our healthcare design team in Singapore. The role starts as a six‑month contract with the intention of becoming a permanent position, offering exposure to clinical and non‑clinical space planning projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review space‑planning layouts for clinical and non‑clinical tenants, ensuring adjacency, workflow and functional requirements are met.
• Conduct test‑fit exercises and prepare alternative layout options for departmental spaces, presenting them to clinical leads and senior management.
• Facilitate planning meetings with users and consultants, capture requirements, produce accurate minutes and structured summaries.
• Prepare presentation slides and written summaries to communicate design recommendations to stakeholders.
• Review architectural drawings for compliance with local building codes, healthcare facility design standards and the approved Schedule of Accommodation.
• Liaise with consultants on design queries, maintain the drawing register and ensure proper version control.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related built‑environment discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural practice, space planning or healthcare facility planning – fresh graduates are welcome.
