Estate Management Manager

About the role

The Estate Management Manager will lead a multifunctional team responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of a mixed warehouse and office portfolio across Singapore. The role focuses on strategic real‑estate initiatives, CAPEX/OPEX optimisation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, develop and implement real‑estate initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee first‑level repair and maintenance (R&M) for owned and leased warehouses.
• Identify critical CAPEX projects for asset enhancement and lifecycle replacement.
• Manage service standards and performance of third‑party providers.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets, cost‑saving measures and resource plans.
• Plan and execute refurbishment, reconstruction and green initiatives.
• Ensure timely renewal of statutory permits, maintenance contracts and compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
• Perform duties of Fire Safety Manager and Water Efficiency Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Property & Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in estate or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building and fire safety regulations, M&E systems, and CAPEX/OPEX management.
