Event Executive Guest Experience

About the role

54GROUP is seeking a dynamic Event Executive to support the Guest Experience function for its international professional golf tour events. The role is ideal for a recent graduate with 2‑3 years of relevant experience who wants to grow within the sports and live‑event ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day assistance for the PIF Global Series Guest Management system.
• Source, negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Collect and relay player, sponsor and rights‑holder guest requirements to logistics teams.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, gifting, accreditation and Pro‑Am/Special Event attendance for guests.
• Support Special Events to ensure seamless delivery for VIPs and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal departments to maintain alignment and communication.

Required profile

• Graduate with 2‑3 years of experience in event coordination or related fields.
• Passionate about sport and live events, with a strong personal motivation.
• Comfortable working remotely, unsupervised, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to travel internationally.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
