Event Manager – MICE Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Event Manager to lead a variety of MICE projects, turning concepts into memorable hybrid, live and virtual experiences. You will collaborate closely with our team of event professionals to ensure seamless planning, production and delivery of each event.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project management activities and work‑in‑progress meetings.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders for hybrid, live and virtual events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues and suppliers.
• Coordinate the full event lifecycle from ideation through execution.
• Develop detailed event proposals, including timelines, budgets, venue and staffing plans.
• Distribute project documentation to relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑event evaluations and implement improvements.
• Manage onsite production crews, suppliers and temporary staff.
• Ensure client expectations are exceeded and mentor junior team members.
• Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry or a related field.
• Proven track record managing hybrid, live and virtual events.
• Strong planning, organisational and client‑relation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, timelines, budgets and deliverables with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
