About the role

Join SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT’s Event Sales & Marketing team as an Associate. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience representing brands at events and campaigns across Singapore, helping to create memorable customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent partner brands at on‑site events, trade shows and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with attendees, answer queries and deliver a positive brand experience.
• Support the planning and execution of event logistics in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Collect feedback and customer insights to inform future marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales leads.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during events.
• Basic proficiency in English.
