Events Manager

About the role

The Events Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of property events, from pre‑event planning through execution to post‑event follow‑up. This role ensures a seamless handover between sales, operations and service teams while delivering a high‑level customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all event documentation and coordinate with sales, property departments and clients.
• Oversee event logistics, room blocks and meeting space allocation for average to large groups.
• Ensure billing accuracy, conduct bill reviews with clients and process final invoices.
• Act as the primary liaison between field salespeople and customers throughout pre‑event, event and post‑event phases.
• Participate in site inspections, assist the sales process and provide feedback to improve event planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle guest issues, and follow up with clients after events.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in event management or a related field, or a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve operational challenges.
