Executive Assistant & HR Executive – APAC

About the role

This position offers an aspiring professional the chance to work closely with senior leaders across Asia Pacific, supporting both executive administration and HR initiatives. You will gain hands‑on experience in employee engagement, talent management, learning and development, communications, events and HR projects while providing high‑visibility support to the APAC Management Team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO Asia Pacific and APAC Management team’s complex calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas and expense processing.
• Organise and support leadership meetings, town‑halls, business reviews and customer briefings, preparing agendas, presentations and briefing packs.
• Record decisions, actions and follow‑up items, and ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.
• Support HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, focusing on engagement, experience and workplace culture.
• Partner with managers to apply consistent HR processes, ensure compliance and drive the APAC HR agenda.
• Assist with event planning, training sessions and cross‑functional projects, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
