Executive Chef

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at our Jurong Island facility. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, fresh dishes while maintaining strict hygiene standards and driving menu innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure promptness, freshness, and quality of all dishes served.
• Coordinate daily tasks of cooks and kitchen staff.
• Implement and monitor hygiene policies; inspect equipment for cleanliness.
• Design new recipes, plan menus, and select plate presentations.
• Review staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial goals.
• Hire, train, and develop kitchen personnel including cooks, prep workers, and dishwashers.
• Handle administrative duties such as inventory management, purchase orders, and supply tracking.
• Set performance standards, monitor staff performance, and address customer feedback and complaints.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of professional food principles and practices.
• Proficient understanding of human‑resources management within a kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
