Executive Engineer – Traffic Analysis & Projects

About the role

This position supports the planning, assessment, and delivery of bus priority measures at bus stops across Singapore. You will help improve bus safety and commuter experience by designing, reviewing, and implementing traffic schemes in close collaboration with internal teams and bus operators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify operational issues at bus stops and recommend suitable traffic measures.
• Design and review traffic schemes, ensuring consistency and structured assessment.
• Coordinate implementation works and monitor post‑implementation effectiveness.
• Leverage traffic, operational, and GIS data to drive data‑based decisions.
• Collaborate with internal divisions, bus operators, and the Bus Safety Tripartite Taskforce throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• A degree in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in public transport operations, traffic management, or a related area (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive, collaborative problem‑solving attitude and passion for public transport improvement.

• Tableau for data visualisation and dashboard creation.
