Executive – Projects Management

About the role

The Boys' Brigade in Singapore is looking for a dynamic Executive to lead its Projects Department. You will plan, organise and deliver national community‑service programmes that bring together volunteers, members and partners across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate national‑level community service and engagement projects.
• Ensure projects develop members' skills, character and values.
• Engage and manage stakeholders such as sponsors, partner organisations and volunteer groups.
• Identify new service opportunities that are timely and beneficial.
• Organise national training courses and workshops for Boys and Officers.
• Provide secretariat support to volunteer committees and coordinate communication.
• Assist in planning and executing national events, including award presentations and appreciation programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or related field (degree holders considered).
• 2–3 years experience in community engagement, volunteer management or programme coordination.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder‑engagement experience.
• Confidence working with diverse groups, from youth to corporate sponsors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic design or communication tools such as Canva.
