Executive / Senior Executive – Communications

About the role

We are building a forward‑thinking agency and need a digitally‑fluent Communications Executive who can think across channels. You will blend earned media with digital tactics to create integrated stories that amplify our clients’ brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client experience by understanding their business, audiences, and objectives.
• Support project delivery across PR and digital workstreams, preparing for client meetings and spotting opportunities early.
• Develop media and influencer relationships, stay on top of industry news, and translate insights into actionable ideas.
• Create compelling pitches, press releases, and media briefs while coordinating media requests and monitoring coverage.
• Design and execute social content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, and assist with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
• Utilise social listening and analytics tools to connect news cycles with client communications.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) into research, drafting, ideation, and workflow improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in PR, social media, digital marketing, or advertising; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong understanding of PR/earned media and digital ecosystems (social, paid, SEO, analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal English with a clear, concise style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Hands‑on experience with social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of paid social or SEM.
• Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools.
