Executive / Senior Executive – Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking an Executive or Senior Executive in Human Resources to partner with business managers and drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operational excellence. The role will support business units in achieving strategic goals through effective HR advisory and program implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business managers to attract and retain top talent.
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programs.
• Provide HR advisory services to Business Units, supporting manpower planning, talent development, and operational needs.
• Manage the full HR lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, appointments, re‑employment, contract renewals, disciplinary actions, performance management, and off‑boarding.
• Coach and guide line managers and team members on HR matters.
• Drive employee engagement, relations, and compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Participate in cross‑functional improvement projects and step in for BU operational duties when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of generalist HR experience in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of the Employment Act.
• Proven track record in hiring and business partnering.
• Confident communicator with solid judgement and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to think quickly, provide sound HR advice, and manage high‑volume, dynamic issues.
• Meticulous, organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
